Quest Celebrates 65th LEED® Certification
No one gets more excited about energy efficiency and environmentally friendly building practices than the Quest Resource Management Group (Quest) LEED team. Dedicated to providing sustainability solutions for commercial property management companies, the team had cause for celebration this month as it completed Quest’s 65th LEED certification.
Quest — a subsidiary of Quest Resource Holding Corporation (NASDAQ: QRHC) — achieved this milestone with the successful recertification of Granite Park One, a 264,000 square foot Class A property in Plano, Texas. Managed by Granite Properties, a commercial real estate investment and management company, the office building achieved LEED silver recertification under LEED for Existing Buildings: Operations & Maintenance v3.
The Quest team has effectively (and enthusiastically) achieved LEED certification for more than 10 million square feet of real estate in North America. With 65 success stories to share, Quest provides the expertise necessary to navigate the intricacies of LEED project management including sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection and indoor environmental quality.
