Chief Executive Officer, President and Director
A senior executive with in-depth experience building profitable business and orchestrating transformational growth, Ray brings over 25 years of experience in both the waste management and food services industries. He has managed businesses and/or business units with as many as 600+ employees, and more than one billion dollars in revenue. Previously, Ray served as President of Merchants Market Group, an international food service distribution company. Ray also served in various executive roles with Oakleaf Waste Management, a provider of waste outsourcing that was acquired by Waste Management.
Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President
Dave brings more than 20 years of experience in the waste, recycling, property management, and business services industries. Prior to Quest, he served as Chief Sales Officer, Executive Vice President, and Senior Vice President of Sales at SMS Assist. Prior to SMS Assist, Dave was Director of Business Development at Waste Management, as well as Client Solutions Vice President at Oakleaf Waste Management, prior to its acquisition by Waste Management.
Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Secretary
Laurie was named 2014 CFO of the year by the Dallas Business Journal. Her operational and financial experience spans public and private entities including more than 20 years within technology driven businesses. In addition, Laurie has been in public practice with national and regional accounting firms, including KPMG Peat Marwick. Her career experience also included roles within the oil and gas, real estate, and agricultural industries. Laurie is a Certified Public Accountant.

Brad has over 20 years of technology expertise leading enterprise business and technology solutions for businesses ranging from startups to Fortune® 500 companies. Brad previously served as Principle at Big Brain Strategies, as well as held various leadership roles at a leading IT consulting firm and global companies where he has been instrumental in implementing enterprise solutions for global customers and led transformation efforts in key areas such as solution delivery and business efficiencies, helping increase sales and shareholders value.
Senior Vice President of Sales
Matt brings more than 30 years of experience in sales and operations leadership in multiple vertical end markets of the waste and environmental services industry. Prior to Quest, Matt held executive leadership positions of increasing responsibility at companies such as Waste Management, Inc. and Shell Oil Company. He spent 20 years at Waste Management, where he held executive sales and operations positions in multiple divisions, successfully managing multi-billion sales budgets, meeting growth and operational targets, and leading operations and sales teams of several hundred employees. Lewis also served in executive sales and operations positions at United States Environmental Services, Inc. and Intergulf Corporation.
VP of Marketing & New Business Development
Vanessa brings more than 15 years’ experience in the waste and recycling industry, developing and implementing cohesive marketing strategies to profitably increase brand awareness and strengthen the company’s market position. Prior to joining Quest, Vanessa held several positions Safety-Kleen and Verizon Communications in corporate communication, new product development, new channel development, customer satisfaction, marketing research and data modeling roles.
