Ray Hatch
Chief Executive Officer, President and Director
A senior executive with in-depth experience building profitable business and orchestrating transformational growth, Ray brings over 25 years of experience in both the waste management and food services industries. He has managed businesses and/or business units with as many as 600+ employees, and more than one billion dollars in revenue. Previously, Ray served as President of Merchants Market Group, an international food service distribution company. Ray also served in various executive roles with Oakleaf Waste Management, a provider of waste outsourcing that was acquired by Waste Management.
Dave Sweitzer
Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President
Dave brings more than 20 years of experience in the waste, recycling, property management, and business services industries. Prior to Quest, he served as Chief Sales Officer, Executive Vice President, and Senior Vice President of Sales at SMS Assist. Prior to SMS Assist, Dave was Director of Business Development at Waste Management, as well as Client Solutions Vice President at Oakleaf Waste Management, prior to its acquisition by Waste Management.
Brett Johnston
Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President
Prior to Quest, Mr. Johnston, 46, spent nearly 20 years at Arcosa, Inc., most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Arcosa’s Construction Products Group and leading a 50+ member accounting, finance, and IT team. During his tenure, he led the successful implementation of new accounting and finance systems and processes within Arcosa’s fastest-growing segment. In addition, Mr. Johnston played a key role in Arcosa’s M&A strategy, including contributing to target development and screening, as well as overseeing teams responsible for due diligence and integrations. Mr. Johnston holds an MBA from the University of Texas and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Texas A&M University.
Perry Moss
Chief Revenue Officer
Perry brings 30-plus years of key account experience in sales and operations leadership and is well regarded as a thought leader in the waste and environmental services industry. Prior to joining Quest, Perry was Co-Founder and Chief Advisor to Rubicon Technologies, Inc. As Rubicon’s first president, he oversaw end-to-end commercial activities, successfully leading teams in achieving double-digit, year-over-year growth. Prior to Rubicon, Perry was Executive Vice President at Oakleaf Holdings where he contributed to major account wins that helped to more than double the revenue base during his tenure. Prior to Oakleaf, Perry was director of business development at Smurfit-Stone’s Waste Reduction Services business unit, where he helped large businesses find value for recyclable materials.
Stephen Coskery
Vice President of Sales and Business Development
Stephen is a business development executive with more than 30 years of international experience in the waste, recycling, organics and facility services sector. He has experience both as a direct contributor and building successful sales teams at the national level in restaurant, retail, property management, grocery, logistics, manufacturing and distribution. Stephen previously held roles as VP Business Development for Rubicon Global, SVP Business Development of RiverRoad Waste Solutions, VP Business Development FrontStreet Facility Solutions and a senior sales role with Waste Management (WM), and VP Sales at Oakleaf Waste Management prior to its acquisition by WM.
He also holds a U.S. patent for his design of one of the first blue box recycling containers in North America.
Leigh Harrington
Vice President of Marketing
Leigh has over 20 years of leadership experience in marketing within the environmental services, communications and agency space. Leigh previously served as Vice President of Marketing at Clean Harbors and Safety-Kleen and has been instrumental in building corporate campaigns that build brand awareness and drive leads through the integration of digital and traditional communication channels. He has developed and managed many branding and marketing integration projects from acquisition initiatives and has rolled out numerous new product and service brands to the marketplace.
Will Reynolds
Senior Vice President of Strategy
Will joined Quest in 2021. Prior to Quest, Reynolds held leadership positions of increasing responsibility at companies such as IBM, EY, CBRE and Riveron. After working in Operations Strategy for IBM’s Global Business Services, he served on EY’s Healthcare Supply Chain Leadership Team for eight years before taking on the role of Senior Vice President of Supply Chain for CBRE. He also spent 11 years in the United States Navy as a Naval Aviator after graduating from the United States Naval Academy.
Jim Bentley
Vice President of Operations
As Vice President of Operations, Jim is responsible for managing and optimizing the organization's day-to-day functions. Before joining Quest Resource Management Group, Jim worked in the environmental industry for over 30 years. During this time, Jim held senior leadership positions in various waste and recycling functional areas, including brokering, hauling, landfill diversion and management, equipment and repair, and systems and software. As a true expert in the industry, Jim provides leading waste and recycling solutions to National and Regional Fortune 500 companies across various verticals in the US and Canada markets.
