Customer Service Representative
Interviewed her on 6/8/21. She is a referral from Kayla Stanley (accounting clerk at Quest). Sweet girl but not sure if she would be a great fit. She’s still very young in her career and lacked some confidence. Her answers were a little immature. I’m not confident about her technical skills either. I don’t know if she can pick up new systems or processes quickly. She didn’t submit her resume in a Word document or as a pdf. She submitted it in a notepad. I asked if she could re-send her resume as a word document to me and she couldn’t do it. She said she has a really old computer at home that would not allow her to save anything as a Word doc. Will pass on her.
